Tournament Refund Policy

**Attention: Tournament Registration Update**

The tournament has reached full capacity, and as a result, registration is now CLOSED. We are in the process of creating schedules to release them ahead of time. Please note that any cancellation requests for a FULL refund must be submitted before January 13, 2025

**Cancellation Policy:**
Cancellations made **prior to** the tournament registration deadline Jan 13, 2025 will receive a full refund of entry fees.
Cancellations received **after** the registration deadline will be refunded the entry fees minus a $100 administrative fee **only if** a replacement team can be found. If no replacement team is identified, 100% of the funds will be retained by CMSA, and no refund will be issued.

Additionally, teams that cancel after the registration deadline Jan 13, 2025,  may incur fines of up to $2,500 if their cancellation results in the cancellation of a tournament grouping.

All decisions regarding administrative fees will be made by the Competitions Coordinator in consultation with the Tournaments Committee. Notices regarding any administrative fees will be sent to the respective club representing the affected team.
