Rescheduling Procedure


 

Rescheduling Due to Weather/Field Closure (U10 – U12)

It is the Home Team’s responsibility to submit the online form CLICK HERE.

 

Process

  • Home Team must contact Away Team to set up new date, time and location for reschedule
  • Home Team must contact their club find an available game field to play the rescheduled game
  • Away Team must agree to this change prior to submission of the online rescheduling form
  • All original and new game information must be supplied using the online rescheduling form and note that the reschedule is due to inclement weather or field closure.

Deadline

The online game rescheduling form must be received by CMSA no later than three (3) business days prior to the reschedule due to inclement weather (this will enable CMSA to time to arrange a referee).

The game will be updated on the CMSA website and forwarded to the referee scheduler once the completed form has been received.


 

Rescheduling Due to Weather/Field Closure (U13 – U19)

It is the responsibility of either team to submit the online form CLICK HERE.

 

Process

  • The team must complete the online rescheduling form with the original game information and state that the reasoning for the reschedule (field closure/inclement weather).

Deadline

The game rescheduling form must be received by CMSA no later than forty-eight (48) hours following the originally scheduled game, so that CMSA can make every effort possible to reschedule the game in a timely manner.


 

Rescheduling for All other Requests (U10 – U19)

The team requesting to reschedule the game must first email info@calgaryminorsoccer.com with the request and provide the reason for the reschedule request.

 

Please note that player/team official availability or player injury are not valid reason(s) to reschedule, and these requests will not be granted. 

 

The team requesting to reschedule will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee and will be required to cover the cost of the field for the rescheduled game. If this request is granted, then follow the process below:

 

Process

  • The team requesting the reschedule must contact the opposing team to arrange a date, time and location that both teams agree to
  • The team requesting must complete the online rescheduling form, CLICK HEREd include the approved reason for the reschedule

Deadline

The online game rescheduling form must be received by CMSA no later than five (5) business days prior to either the originally scheduled game or the new game, so that CMSA can make every effort possible to reschedule the game in a timely manner and ensure that a referee can be assigned accordingly.
