Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services

The Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services provides administrative support across CMSA and serves as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders. The role represents CMSA through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring professional, responsive, and welcoming experience. This role supports the League Coordinators by preparing correspondence, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general office administration. Key responsibilities include managing travel permits and Photo IDs, supporting player registration processes, and assisting with the administration of clinics and tournaments.

Communications and Marketing Summer Assistant

The Communications and Marketing Summer Assistant supports CMSA’s digital storytelling, community engagement, and event marketing efforts during a dynamic and exciting season of soccer. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, this role assists with social media content creation, live event coverage, Servus Credit Union Free Soccer Friday, tournaments, and World Cup activations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about sport, creative storytelling, and community engagement to gain experience in sports marketing, event operations, and digital communications.

The Partnership & Marketing Summer Assistant plays a key role in elevating CMSA’s brand presence and delivering exceptional sponsorship experiences across tournaments, World Cup initiatives, and community events. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being on-site, and is passionate about bringing partnerships to life through strong branding, seamless activations, and meaningful community engagement. This position supports the execution of sponsor deliverables, branded assets, and event-day marketing across initiatives ranging from World Cup Watch Parties to tournaments and grassroots programs. Competitions and Events Summer Assistant

The Competitions and Events Summer Assistant plays a key role in delivering CMSA’s tournaments, leagues, and marquee events. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being on-site, and wants to make a meaningful impact in youth sport across Calgary. This position supports event operations and community engagement from grassroots match days to large-scale tournaments and city-wide celebrations. Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.

Sport Hub Coach

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association (CMSA) is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA in its technical department as coaches. This position will report to the CMSA Technical Manager and CMSA Technical Programs Coordinator and will be responsible for delivering soccer sessions with the Sport Hub Community or Schools Program.
