Technical Manager

As a member of the CMSA Management Team, the Technical Manager provides leadership in advancing player, coach, and referee development pathways through high-quality programs, leagues, and technical initiatives that strengthen both the quality and quantity of soccer participation across the Calgary ecosystem. This exciting leadership role will help shape the future of soccer in Calgary and positively impact more than 35,000 players, coaches, referees, volunteers, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a well-organized and collaborative professional who embraces innovation and represents CMSA with professionalism, integrity, and diplomacy.

Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services

The Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services provides administrative support across CMSA and serves as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders. The role represents CMSA through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring professional, responsive, and welcoming experience. This role supports the League Coordinators by preparing correspondence, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general office administration. Key responsibilities include managing travel permits and Photo IDs, supporting player registration processes, and assisting with the administration of clinics and tournaments.

Communications and Marketing Summer Assistant

The Communications and Marketing Summer Assistant supports CMSA’s digital storytelling, community engagement, and event marketing efforts during a dynamic and exciting season of soccer. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, this role assists with social media content creation, live event coverage, Servus Credit Union Free Soccer Friday, tournaments, and World Cup activations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about sport, creative storytelling, and community engagement to gain experience in sports marketing, event operations, and digital communications.

The Competitions and Events Summer Assistant plays a key role in delivering CMSA’s tournaments, leagues, and marquee events. Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.
