Photo ID cards are available to be made at the CMSA office during regular business hours. 

Monday  -  10:00AM - 6:00PM
Tuesday  -  12:00PM - 6:00PM
Wednesday  -  10:00AM - 6:00PM
Thursday  -  10:00AM - 6:00PM
Friday  -  10:00AM - 4:00PM
Weekends & Holidays  -   CLOSED

If you are unable to bring your child with you, please upload their photo onto Demosphere before arriving at the CMSA office. Photos of players can be taken at the CMSA office as well.
